Immortal Freedom RPG > Character Creation > Character Name and Pronouns

Your character’s Pronouns are how other people in the world will know how to reference them while respecting your character’s identity. Pronouns can vary and shift over time, but it’s important to decide on their pronouns at the beginning of the game so you and other players aren’t at a loss when the question of pronouns comes up. Of course, other characters in the game will not know your character’s pronouns if they’ve never been introduced, but at least you and your fellow players will know.

To have fate decide your character’s pronouns, roll 1d100.^[1]^[2]

d100	Pronouns
1-47	he/him/his/his/himself
48-93	she/her/her/hers/herself
94-96	they/them/their/theirs/themself
97	it/it/its/its/itself
98	Avoid pronouns/use name
99	Other neopronouns
100	Roll twice and use both results

Info

If you get 100 again as part of a re-roll, re-roll again and as many times as this result comes up. This means you may potentially end up with all pronouns by the time you finish rolling (though it’s unlikely you’ll get more than 3 or 4 this way).
